Depending on the way our platform is used, we process mainly the following categories of personal data:

• Identification and contact details — name, surname, e-mail address, phone number.
• Property data — address, type of property, uploaded documents and photos.
• Payment details — is processed exclusively by our partner Stripe; we do not store card numbers or bank accounts.
• Operational and technical data — IP address, device type, activity logs in the application.

We only share your data with trusted partners who are bound by a contract on the processing of personal data:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing; data in the EU (Stripe Technology Europe, Ltd.).
• Google Cloud (Europe-West3) — cloud hosting and data storage; data exclusively in the EU.
• Email communication provider — transactional emails (specific provider to be added before launch).

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We store personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a maximum of [X years] after its termination, unless required by law or legitimate interest (e.g., the statutory retention period for accounting documents is 5 years). After the expiration of the period, the data are anonymized or securely deleted.
